Design
The DJI Osmo Mobile 4 SE is 99% made of plastic. However, it doesn’t feel cheap. DJI upgraded the internal motor of the Gimbal, which allows the gimbal arm to handle larger, heavier phones like the Nokia G300 5G, Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE 8GB 256GB and Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, the limit was at 230g for compatible smartphone weight, but the DJI OM 4 SE can handle a phone that weighs over 300g.
